“Amazing experience from start to finish!

Came to Mikes Gym with no expectations and left having pushed myself to the limit mental and physically feeling more in love with myself and having more respect for my body than ever before.

The course is an amazing invention which forces you to see exactly what you’re made of.

Sprinkled with sunrise Paddleboarding, sunset picnic after mountain hiking, early morning stretching.

Fantastic facility, lovely friendly staff who are ready to help at any point and great food!

Anyone who likes a physical/mental challenge I would highly recommend this long weekend to see if you’ve got it in you! You’ll come away feeling inspired to be better, stronger and amazed by yourself.

“Me and my girlfriend stayed for 2 weeks on a working holiday (we are Personal Trainers).

All the staff were friendly and really helpful with giving us spaces to do our Zoom classes in.

(I was a bit worried whether the WiFi would work out there but I never had a problem in 2 weeks - the backdrops were better than in my London flat too!).
