    • Induction: The walk and talk-through of our gigantic Assault Course (1.5h).
      We explain to you our system to find yourself on the right path through the course as well as give you the underlying Safety procedure.

    • Active Induction: Have our Mikes Gym Certified Coaches lead you and show you the most efficient techniques and Do’s & Don’ts through the Entire 5k.(3h)

      We will gladly give away our ocr-secrets & make sure you are Doing it like U mean it, and enjoying it all at the same time

    *Mandatory for first timers that want to go on the ocr-course on their own.

      This pass gives you Access to our Assault Course for up to 3h.
      A great way to come and practice the different Zones on your own terms.

      Top off your day and make use of your included BBQ & dining area.

    • Day Pass + includes a Cooked Meal to your itinerary along with the Full Access as a Day Pass would.

      Our Cook makes a nutritious hot meal ready for you.
      All so that you can recover by the pool-side and prepare to tackle your favourite obstacles again!

  • La Cruz - the hike up the crown of Marbella, boasting amazing views of the beautiful coastline and breathtaking mountains. We match the hike to your levels and guarantee you a sight you won’t forget.

    The Hike trail only lies 30 minutes from the gym and the total hike usually takes 3h.

  • Just a 15-minute drive from Mike’s Gym Marbella lies Cabopino Beach.

    During the summer season Mike’s Gym make full use of the facilities for sea kayaking and
    paddle boarding as a part of our regular classes. These classes are always great bonding sessions for training camps as well as an active recovery fun.

  • SCALED VERSION – the best way to start your ocr journey. We have woven together the easier but technical obstacles for you so that you can feel confident in your ability to learn and improve from the course.

  • FULL VERSION – do it like you mean it and experience one of the toughest ocr courses yet. We guarantee you it will be possible for you to finish if you want it bad enough & that the medal afterwards will feel that much sweeter a victory.

  • ELITE VERSION – only for the brave, must show proof of an experienced ocr track record.

HOME OF OCR

Mikes Gym is a purpose built training facility set in the heart of Southern Spain, boasting amazing views of the beautiful coastline and breathtaking mountains. Your first stay at Mikes Gym will definitely not be your last!

Situated on a large premises our world famous assault course, said to be the toughest in Europe, will definitely push you to your limits!

With on site accommodation for up to 42 people, we are able to accommodate full camps, half camps and even small groups that wish to come and experience a fitness holiday like no other. Other facilities include a OCR SPECIALIST COURSE, fully equipped gym, a ninja rig over pool, boxing ring and a Crossfit Room.
